About Recall

Recall is designed to help users organize, retrieve and use information they have chosen to save through supported connected services. Features, availability and integrations may change during development.

Connected services

Recall may interact with third-party services, including services provided by Meta. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. References to Meta, Muse, Instagram or other third-party products do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you provide or authorize Recall to process. You grant Recall only the permissions reasonably necessary to operate the service for you.

Acceptable use

You may not use Recall to violate law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Availability

Recall is under development and may be changed, suspended or discontinued.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Recall is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DesignDeck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of Recall.
